Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 salmon fillets (6 oz each)

  • 2 cups fresh spinach
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced

  4. Pour in heavy cream, scraping up any bits from the bottom of the pan; stir until slightly thickened (about 2 minutes).
