  • 1 bunch Fresh Asparagus (about 1 lb)
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 3 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp Soy Sauce (low-sodium preferred)
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
  • Lemon Wedges for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat a skillet over medium-high heat and add olive oil.
  2. Season both sides of the steak generously with salt and pepper.
  3. Sear the steak for 4-5 minutes on one side until a crust forms, then flip and cook for an additional 3-4 minutes.
  4. Add the asparagus to the skillet and toss gently with the steak.
