Instructions

  1. Pour the milk into the Instant Pot and select 'Yogurt,' then hit 'Adjust' to boil (180°F/82°C).
  2. Once boiling, remove the pot and let it cool to 110°F (43°C).
  3. In a small bowl, mix the plain yogurt with a few tablespoons of cooled milk until smooth.
  4. Stir this mixture back into the cooled milk in the Instant Pot.
  5. Place the pot back in the Instant Pot, select 'Yogurt,' and set for 8 hours for tangy yogurt.
  6. After fermentation, transfer to containers and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
