  • 1 cup long-grain white rice
  • 1 cup bell peppers (red and green), chopped

  • 1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes, undrained
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  4. Gently mix in the uncooked white rice until well combined.
  5. Close the lid securely and set to high pressure for 8 minutes.
