  • 1-inch piece ginger, grated
  • 2 tbsp gochujang sauce
  • 2 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • Optional: sliced green onions and sesame seeds for garnish

Instructions

  1. Prepare your ingredients by chopping the beef and mincing the garlic and ginger.
  2. In your Instant Pot, select 'Sauté' mode and heat the oil. Add beef chunks and brown for about 5 minutes.
  3. Add minced garlic and ginger; sauté for another minute until fragrant.
  4. Stir in gochujang, soy sauce, honey, and any desired spices or vegetables to coat the beef evenly.
  5. Seal the lid and set to 'Manual' mode for 35 minutes at high pressure.
  6. Once cooking is complete, carefully release pressure. Fluff rice in bowls and top with spicy beef mixture. Garnish with green onions or sesame seeds if desired.
