  • 1 (15 oz) can kidney beans or cannellini beans, drained
  • 2 tsp Italian seasoning

Instructions

  1. Set the Instant Pot to 'Sauté' mode. Add olive oil and sauté onions, carrots, and celery for about 5 minutes until softened.
  2. Stir in garlic and cook for another minute. Add zucchini and green beans; mix well.
  3. Pour in diced tomatoes (with juices), vegetable broth, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Stir to combine.
  4. Add pasta and drained beans to the pot; stir gently.
  5. Close the lid and set to 'Manual' high pressure for 5 minutes. Once done, perform a quick release.
