  • 1 can (15 oz) black beans, rinsed
  • 1 can (15 oz) corn, drained
  • 1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes
  • 2 tbsp taco seasoning
  • 2 cups low-sodium chicken broth

Instructions

  1. Prepare your ingredients by chopping any desired vegetables (bell peppers or onions recommended).
  2. Layer the chicken breasts at the bottom of your slow cooker. Add black beans, corn, diced tomatoes, and top with taco seasoning.
  3. Pour in the chicken broth to help everything cook evenly.
