  • 3 lbs pork shoulder
  • 1 cup fresh pineapple chunks (or canned)
  • 1 cup BBQ sauce
  • 1 medium onion, sliced
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh cilantro and sliced green onions for topping

Instructions

  1. Cut the pork shoulder into large chunks and season with salt and pepper.
  2. Set your Instant Pot to sauté mode and heat oil. Sauté sliced onions and minced garlic until fragrant.
  3. Add fresh pineapple and sauté for 2 minutes.
  4. Stir in the seasoned pork shoulder and BBQ sauce until well combined.
