  • 1 lb fresh white fish fillets (cod or tilapia)
  • 1 lb asparagus
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • ¼ cup fresh parsley (chopped)
  • 2 tbsp fresh dill (chopped)
  • 3 garlic cloves (minced)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Line a large sheet pan with parchment paper and lightly grease it.
  3. Arrange asparagus on one side of the pan, drizzle with olive oil, and season with salt and pepper.
  4. In a bowl, mix lemon juice, garlic, parsley, dill, salt, and pepper. Lay fish fillets on the other side of the pan and pour half of the mixture over them.
  5. Roast for 15-20 minutes until the fish flakes easily and asparagus is tender.
  6. Serve directly from the pan or transfer to plates, drizzling remaining sauce over everything.
