Instructions

  2. Add ground beef or turkey; cook until browned (approximately 5 minutes).
  3. Stir in minced garlic and cook for an additional minute.
  4. Add diced tomatoes, black beans, chicken broth, and taco seasoning. Mix well.
  5. Seal the lid and cook on high pressure for 10 minutes. Allow natural release for 5 minutes before manually releasing any remaining pressure.
