  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Sauté shrimp for about 3 minutes per side until pink and opaque.
  3. In a small bowl, mix sour cream with lime juice and additional chili powder if desired.
  4. Warm tortillas in a separate skillet for about 30 seconds per side.
  5. Assemble tacos by layering shrimp, cabbage, avocado slices, and sauce on each tortilla.
