  • 3 pounds boneless pork shoulder
  • 10 cloves fresh garlic, minced
  • 1 cup fresh orange juice
  • 1/2 cup fresh lime juice

  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, whisk together minced garlic, orange juice, lime juice, cumin, oregano, and olive oil to create the marinade.
  2. Season the pork shoulder generously with salt and pepper.
  3. Place the seasoned pork in a resealable bag or container and pour the marinade over it. Seal and refrigerate for at least one hour (overnight is best).
  4. Transfer the marinated pork to a slow cooker, pouring any remaining marinade on top.
  5. Cover and cook on low for about 8 hours until fork-tender.
