  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 1.5 lbs)
  • 8 oz fresh mozzarella, sliced
  • 2 cups cherry tomatoes, halved

  • 2 tbsp balsamic glaze

Instructions

  1. Wash and halve the cherry tomatoes and slice the mozzarella.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper, then add to the skillet. Cook for 6-7 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through.
  3. Add halved cherry tomatoes to the skillet and sauté for about 2 minutes until softened.
