  • 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
  • ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
  • ¾ cup granulated sugar
  • 24 oz full-fat cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 4 large eggs, at room temperature
  • 1 cup high-quality eggnog
  • 2 tsp pure vanilla extract
  • ½ tsp ground nutmeg (preferably freshly grated)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C). In a medium bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and 2 tbsp sugar until combined. Press firmly into the bottom of a greased springform pan.
  2. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add remaining sugar while mixing until fluffy. Mix in sour cream.
  3. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition until smooth.
  4. Stir in eggnog, vanilla extract, and nutmeg until just combined.
  5. Pour filling over crust and bake for about 50 minutes or until slightly jiggly in the center. Turn off the oven and let cool inside for an hour.
  6. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight before serving. Garnish with whipped cream and extra nutmeg.
