  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp olive oil for sautéing

Instructions

  1. Prepare the ingredients by cutting the beef and chopping the onions and mushrooms.
  2. Set your Instant Pot to 'Sauté' mode. Add olive oil and sauté the onions until translucent. Stir in garlic until fragrant.
