Instructions

  3. Add minced garlic and halved tomatoes to the pot; stir to combine.
  4. Pour in balsamic vinegar over the mixture. Secure the Instant Pot lid.
  5. Pressure cook on high for 8 minutes. While cooking, boil water for pasta according to package instructions.
  6. After cooking time is complete, shred chicken using two forks in the pot.
  7. Stir in cooked pasta along with fresh basil and Parmesan cheese until combined. Serve warm with an extra drizzle of balsamic vinegar.
