Instructions

  1. Rinse shrimp under cool water. Slice Andouille sausage and halve small red potatoes.
  2. In your Instant Pot, layer halved potatoes first, followed by sliced sausage.
  3. Add enough water to cover ingredients and sprinkle with Old Bay seasoning.
  4. Seal the lid and set to manual high pressure for 5 minutes.
  5. After cooking, carefully perform a quick release of pressure.
  6. Add shrimp and corn to the pot, seal again, and cook on manual high pressure for an additional 3 minutes.
