- 1 cup pitted mixed olives (green and black)
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tsp cumin
- 2 tsp coriander
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 cup low-sodium chicken broth
- 1 cup dried apricots, chopped
