  • 2 tbsp fajita seasoning (store-bought or homemade)
  • 8 small flour or corn tortillas

Instructions

  2. Add the shrimp and fajita seasoning into the pan. Stir well and cook until the shrimp turn pink and curl up, approximately 3-4 minutes.
  3. While cooking the shrimp, warm tortillas in another pan for about 30 seconds on each side until soft.
  4. Serve the shrimp mixture on plates or family-style in the pan with tortillas on the side.
