Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a baking dish.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, melt the butter and sauté the corn for about 5 minutes until slightly caramelized.
  3. In a bowl, mix the heavy cream, salt, pepper, and half of the cheese until well combined.
  4. Layer the sautéed corn in the baking dish. Pour the creamy mixture over it and top with remaining cheese.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes until bubbly and golden brown.
  6. Allow to cool slightly before serving.
