  • 1 lb fresh Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved

  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Place the chicken breasts on a large sheet pan and drizzle with 2 tablespoons of olive oil. Season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
  3. Add halved Brussels sprouts to the sheet pan, drizzle with remaining olive oil, season them as well, and toss everything together.
  4. In a small bowl, whisk balsamic vinegar and honey until smooth. Pour half over the chicken and Brussels sprouts.
  5. Roast in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes until everything is golden brown and cooked through.
  6. Drizzle remaining balsamic glaze on top before serving.
