  • 2 medium zucchinis, sliced into half-moons

  • 3 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly spray with nonstick cooking spray.

  4. Slice zucchinis into half-moons approximately 1/2 inch thick.
