  • 1/4 cup black and white sesame seeds
  • 2 baby bok choy (halved)

  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  3. Coat tuna steaks in half of the marinade for 15 minutes. Place sesame seeds on a plate.
  4. Press marinated tuna into sesame seeds until well-coated.
  5. Toss bok choy in remaining marinade and arrange on the baking sheet with the tuna.
  6. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until tuna reaches desired doneness. Serve immediately.
