  • ½ small head green cabbage, shredded
  • 2 medium carrots, grated
  • 1 handful fresh cilantro, chopped
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Trim excess fat from the short ribs and season generously with salt and pepper.
