Instructions

  1. Prepare the turkey by dicing it into bite-sized pieces.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, sauté onions and garlic until fragrant and translucent (about 5 minutes).
  3. Transfer sautéed onions and garlic to the slow cooker. Add turkey, wild mushrooms, chicken broth, cream cheese, thyme, salt, and pepper. Stir well.
  4. Cover and cook on low for 6 hours or high for 4 hours.
