  • 1 cup low-sodium chicken broth
  • 2 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Place chicken breasts in the bottom of the slow cooker and season with salt and pepper.
  2. Add minced garlic and sun-dried tomatoes on top of the chicken.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix chicken broth and cream cheese until smooth; pour over the chicken.
  4. Sprinkle Italian seasoning on top.
  5. Cover and cook on low for 6 hours or high for 4 hours.
  6. Stir in baby spinach just before serving until wilted.
