  • 1 tsp freshly ground black pepper
  • 1 cup peach preserves
  • 1 cup barbecue sauce (sweet and smoky)
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 2 tbsp cider vinegar
  • 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

Instructions

  1. Rinse and pat dry the pork ribs. Remove excess fat and membrane, then season both sides with salt and pepper.
  2. In a bowl, combine peach preserves, barbecue sauce, cider vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, onion powder, and garlic powder until well mixed.
  3. Place the seasoned ribs in a slow cooker and pour half of the sauce over them. Reserve the remaining sauce for later use.
  4. Cook on low for 6 hours or high for 3 hours until the ribs are tender.
  5. Transfer ribs to a foil-lined baking sheet, brush with remaining sauce, and broil for about 5 minutes until bubbly.
