Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix ground turkey, breadcrumbs, egg, garlic powder, and half of the sweet chili sauce until well combined.
  2. Shape the mixture into 1-inch meatballs and set aside.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together the remaining sweet chili sauce, soy sauce, and grated ginger.
  4. Place the meatballs in the slow cooker and pour the sauce over them, ensuring they are fully covered.
  5. Cover and cook on low for about 4 hours or on high for approximately 2 hours until cooked through.
  6. Serve hot with extra sauce drizzled on top.
