  • 4 large flour tortillas

  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Toss diced sweet potatoes with olive oil and salt, then spread on a baking sheet.
