  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, egg, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix until just combined.
  2. Roll the mixture into golf ball-sized meatballs and set aside.
  3. Set your Instant Pot to sauté mode and heat olive oil. Brown half the meatballs for about five minutes.
  4. Add crushed tomatoes, minced garlic, and Italian seasoning; stir gently.
  5. Break spaghetti in half and push it into the sauce until mostly submerged.
  6. Seal the lid and cook on high pressure for 8 minutes. Release pressure carefully.
