  • 1 tsp smoked paprika

Instructions

  1. Remove the membrane from the ribs and pat dry. Season generously with salt and pepper.
  2. Mix brown sugar, garlic powder, and smoked paprika in a bowl. Rub the mixture all over the ribs.
  3. Pour apple cider vinegar into the Instant Pot and place a trivet inside.
  4. Arrange the seasoned ribs upright on the trivet, secure the lid, and cook on high pressure for 25 minutes.
  5. Allow for natural pressure release for 10 minutes before quick releasing any remaining pressure.
  6. Transfer ribs to a foil-lined baking sheet, slather with BBQ sauce, and broil on high for about 5 minutes until caramelized.
