  • 1 (12 oz) can Guinness stout
  • 2 cups low-sodium beef broth
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 sprigs fresh thyme
  • 2 bay leaves
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions

  1. Set your Instant Pot to 'Sauté' mode. Add olive oil and sear the beef until browned on all sides. Remove and set aside.
