  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 cups water

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, Parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined without overworking.
  2. Shape the mixture into golf ball-sized meatballs (about 12).
  3. Set your Instant Pot to sauté mode and brown the meatballs in olive oil for about 3 minutes on each side.
  4. Pour marinara sauce over the meatballs and break spaghetti in half to nestle among them. Add enough water to submerge (up to 2 cups).
  5. Secure the lid and set the Instant Pot to high pressure for 8 minutes. Allow natural release for 5 minutes before manually releasing any remaining steam.
  6. Stir gently before serving with extra Parmesan cheese on top.
