  • 1 lb fresh asparagus, trimmed
  • 1 lemon, sliced into rounds

  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or foil.
  3. Place the salmon fillets skin-side down on one side of the baking sheet. Drizzle with 2 tbsp olive oil and season with salt, pepper, minced garlic, and dill.

  6. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork and reaches an internal temperature of at least 145°F (63°C).
