  • 14 oz firm tofu, pressed and cubed
  • 4 cups fresh broccoli florets
  • 1/2 cup teriyaki sauce
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 green onions, chopped (for garnish)
  • 2 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Drain and press the tofu to remove excess moisture, then cut into bite-sized cubes.
  3. Wash and trim the broccoli into uniform florets.
  4. In a small bowl, whisk together teriyaki sauce, soy sauce, minced garlic, brown sugar, and sesame oil.
  5. In a large bowl, toss the tofu cubes and broccoli florets with half of the teriyaki mixture until evenly coated.
  6. Spread the mixture on the prepared baking sheet in a single layer and roast for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
  7. Drizzle with remaining teriyaki sauce before serving.
