Ingredients
  

For the Bites

  • 1 package Ravioli fresh or frozen
  • 1 cup Breadcrumbs Italian-seasoned
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese grated
  • 1 tablespoon Italian Seasoning
  • 1 large Egg or flaxseed egg for vegan
  • 2 tablespoons Water

For Serving

  • 1 cup Marinara Sauce for dipping
  • 1/2 cup Spicy Aioli made with mayonnaise, garlic, and lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup Ranch Dip

Preparation Steps

  • In a medium bowl, combine breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  • In a small bowl, whisk together the egg and water until smooth. This is your egg wash.
  • Dunk each ravioli in the egg wash, letting excess drip off, then roll in the breadcrumb mixture.
  • Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for about 3 minutes.
  • Arrange the coated ravioli in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Cook for 4 minutes, then flip and cook for an additional 2-4 minutes until golden and crispy.
  • Serve immediately with your choice of dipping sauces.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. You can freeze unbreaded ravioli for up to 2 months.
