  • 2 cups Broccoli Florets fresh or frozen, well-drained
  • 6 slices Turkey Bacon cooked and chopped into ½-inch pieces
  • 3 cups Cooked Chicken shredded or diced rotisserie chicken
  • 2 cloves Garlic finely minced
  • 1 cup Shredded Mozzarella ½ cup + ½ cup for topping
  • 1 cup Shredded Cheddar ½ cup + ½ cup for topping
  • 1 cup Ranch Dressing original Hidden Valley recommended

Optional Creaminess

  • ½ cup Heavy Cream or Sour Cream for added creaminess

Directions

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F and generously grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
  • Steam or blanch the broccoli florets for 4-5 minutes until tender, then drain thoroughly.
  • Combine in a large mixing bowl the shredded chicken, broccoli, turkey bacon, garlic, mozzarella, cheddar, and ranch dressing.
  • Spread the mixture into the greased baking dish.
  • Top with an additional layer of shredded mozzarella and cheddar for a cheesy crust.
  • Bake for 25-30 minutes until bubbly and cheese begins to brown.
  • Let rest for 5-10 minutes before serving.
