How to Make Matcha White Chocolate Cookies

  • In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, baking soda, and salt until well blended.
  • In a separate bowl, whisk together the granulated sugar, light brown sugar, vegetable oil, and warm soy milk until smooth.
  • Add the vanilla extract and culinary-grade matcha powder to the wet ingredients and stir until fully combined.
  • Gently fold the dry ingredients into the wet mixture until just incorporated.
  • Stir in the vegan white chocolate chips until evenly distributed.
  • Cover the dough and refrigerate for 1 hour.
  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
