How to Make Green Goddess Hummus

  • In a high-powered blender or food processor, add canned chickpeas, aquafaba, tahini, olive oil, spinach, parsley, lemon juice, green onion, garlic, cumin, and salt.
  • Blend on high for 30 seconds. Use a tamper if necessary to push the mixture down. Keep blending until you achieve a smooth and creamy texture, adding more chickpea liquid for the consistency you like.
  • Transfer the hummus to a serving plate. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with chopped herbs, walnuts, and sesame seeds for an inviting presentation before serving.
