For the Cold Brew

  • 12 ounces cold brew coffee store-bought or homemade
  • 2 tablespoons vanilla simple syrup can substitute with regular sugar syrup

For the Cold Foam

  • 1/4 cup heavy cream or light cream for lower fat option
  • 1/4 cup 2% milk can substitute with any milk type or nut milks
  • 2 tablespoons pistachio syrup ensure it's pistachio-flavored

For the Topping

  • 2 tablespoons salted butter or unsalted with a pinch of salt
  • 1/4 cup finely crushed butter cookies can substitute with any sweet cookie or omit

Instructions

  • In a glass filled with ice, combine cold brew coffee with vanilla simple syrup. Stir well to mix.
  • In a blender, combine heavy cream, 2% milk, vanilla simple syrup, and pistachio syrup. Blend until thick and foamy.
  • Pour the whipped cold foam over the cold brew, allowing it to float on top.
  • For an optional topping, melt salted butter in a saucepan until golden brown, then mix in crushed butter cookies and sprinkle over the drink.

Notes

Optional: sprinkle chopped pistachios for extra flavor and presentation.
