Ingredients
  

For the Coffee Base

  • 12 ounces Cold Brew Coffee store-bought or homemade
  • 2 tablespoons Vanilla Simple Syrup or regular sugar syrup

For the Cold Foam

  • ¼ cup Heavy Cream or coconut cream for dairy-free option
  • ¼ cup 2% Milk or any preferred milk
  • 1 tablespoon Vanilla Simple Syrup or granulated sugar
  • 2 tablespoons Pistachio Syrup or homemade pistachio paste

For the Topping

  • 2 tablespoons Salted Butter or unsalted if preferred
  • ¼ cup Butter Cookies finely crushed, or any sweet biscuit

Instructions
 

Preparing the Drink

  • In a glass filled with ice, pour 12 ounces of cold brew coffee and add 2 tablespoons of vanilla simple syrup. Stir gently until well combined.
  • In a blender, combine ¼ cup heavy cream, ¼ cup 2% milk, 1 tablespoon of vanilla syrup, and 2 tablespoons of pistachio syrup. Blend on high for 10-20 seconds until thick and foamy.
  • Carefully pour the whipped pistachio cold foam over the sweetened cold brew coffee, letting it float on top.
  • In a saucepan, melt 2 tablespoons of salted butter over medium-low heat, swirling gently until golden brown. Stir in ¼ cup crushed butter cookies.
  • Sprinkle the browned butter cookie topping generously over the cold brew, and enjoy!

Notes

Chill your cream for fluffiest foam. Adjust sweetness of vanilla syrup to preference. Substitute milk as needed.
