How to Make Baked Salmon Meatballs with Creamy Avocado Sauce

  • Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Combine finely chopped salmon, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, egg, parsley, garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper in a mixing bowl.
  • Shape the mixture into golf ball-sized meatballs and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
  • Bake them for 15-18 minutes or until they’re cooked through and take on a lovely golden hue.
  • Prepare the creamy avocado sauce by blending avocado, Greek yogurt, lime juice, and garlic until smooth.
