  • 4 cups Broccoli Florets
  • 1 medium Diced Onion
  • 2 cloves Minced Garlic fresh or garlic powder
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil can substitute with avocado oil
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Black Pepper freshly cracked for best flavor
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 tsp Onion Powder
  • 1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 1/2 cup Heavy Cream can substitute with coconut cream for dairy-free
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce optional
  • 1/4 tsp Red Pepper Flakes optional

How to Make Keto Hamburger Broccoli Skillet

  • Begin by heating olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  • Add ground beef to the skillet, cooking until browned, about 6–8 minutes.
  • Push the beef to one side of the skillet. Add diced onion and minced garlic, sautéing until the onion is translucent—approximately 3 minutes.
  • Stir in the broccoli florets, mixing them with the beef. Sauté for an additional minute.
  • Sprinkle with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Stir to coat evenly.
  • Cover and cook for 5–7 minutes, allowing the broccoli to become tender but still crisp.
  • Lower the heat and gently stir in heavy cream, scraping up any browned bits from the bottom of the pan.
  • Sprinkle shredded cheddar over the top and cover, allowing the cheese to melt for about 2–3 minutes.
  • Drizzle Worcestershire sauce and sprinkle red pepper flakes if desired. Stir gently to combine and serve hot.

Notes

Garnish with fresh herbs for an extra touch of flavor.
