  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract use pure for best results

How to Make Cottage Cheese Chocolate Mousse

  • In a high-speed blender or food processor, blend 1 cup of cottage cheese until it's smooth and creamy.
  • Mix in 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder along with 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup, 1 tsp vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt.
  • If the mousse is too thick for your liking, add a splash of almond or oat milk and blend again.
  • Transfer the mousse into serving dishes and chill in the fridge for at least 1-2 hours.
  • Just before serving, layer with fresh berries or chopped nuts on top.
