  • 1 tsp Smoked Paprika For smoky depth.
  • 2 tbsp Fresh Parsley Chopped.
  • 2 tbsp Fresh Thyme Chopped.

For Serving

  • 1 whole Lemon Wedges Optional for garnish.

  • Pat dry the chicken breasts with paper towels and season generously with salt and pepper.
  • Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the chicken in batches until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes per side. Remove and set aside.
  • Lower the heat to medium and add unsalted butter to the skillet. Once melted, add minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  • Stir in Dijon mustard, lemon juice, lemon zest, red pepper flakes, smoked paprika, fresh parsley, and thyme. Mix well.
  • Return the chicken to the skillet and toss to coat in the butter sauce. Simmer for 1-2 minutes.
  • Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot with lemon wedges.

Notes

For crispy bites, dredge chicken in cornstarch before searing. Adjust seasoning to taste and prep sauce in advance for quicker meals.
