Instructions

How to Make Wagyu Beef Burgers

  • Crumble the ground Wagyu beef on a clean tray. Sprinkle with salt and onion powder, then gently toss it all together—remember, no mashing required!
  • Shape the beef mixture into four loose, craggy patties. Make sure they’re not too tightly packed to maintain tenderness.
  • Preheat a cast iron skillet over medium heat until it’s hot enough to sizzle a drop of water.
  • Carefully place the patties in the skillet without moving them. Let them cook undisturbed for about 6 minutes.
  • Gently flip the patties and place a slice of cheddar cheese atop each one. Cook for an additional 6 minutes.
  • While the patties finish cooking, toast the brioche buns cut side down in a separate pan for 30-60 seconds.
  • Start with the bottom bun and add your chosen condiments. Layer on the fresh lettuce and juicy tomato slice, then top with the hot, cheesy patty.
  • Crown it with the other half of the bun and dig in immediately to enjoy the juicy burger experience!

Notes

Optional: Add some crispy bacon or your favorite pickles for an extra burst of flavor! Leftovers can be crumbled into a salad.
